The Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) will conduct a public hearing Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of WCDA, 155 North Beech Street, Casper, WY. An Open Forum for questions and discussion will be held immediately before the Public Hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Scott Hoversland, Executive Director of Wyoming Community Development Authority, received national honors as the 2016 recipient of SMITH’s Research & Gradings Lifetime Achievement Award for Housing.

This award, introduced in 2004, recognizes an individual who has made a lasting impact on the affordable housing finance market. SMITH’s Research & Gradings was founded in 1992 as a research company providing independent analysis for investors, predicting trends, and spotlighting controversial subjects.

Upon receiving the award, Hoversland stated he is “humbled and looking forward to continuing this challenging and rewarding work.”
