The WCDA is the Wyoming Administering Agent for the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) and the Tax Credit Exchange Program (TCX) both of which are funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.

Along with this funding comes the responsibility of reporting requirements to provide transparency into Recovery Act spending.  This website will provide the details required on these two programs which will be updated monthly.  Simply click the link below for more information on either of these programs.

In addition to this website, WCDA also supplies the required TCAP Program information directly to the State of Wyoming.  The State collects and reports all activities related to ARRA funding and makes it available at:

The TCX program requires the WCDA to report directly to the US Treasury.  The Treasury will compile reports from all the recipients of these funds and once they make that reporting to the public we will provide a link here.
