The WCDA has established a Housing Trust Fund for the purpose of financing non-traditional affordable housing outside its tax-exempt bond program. Loans to projects from the Housing Trust Fund are often combined with other funding sources to accomplish housing goals. Applications may be obtained by contacting WCDA.
