
Servicing Specialist I
WCDA is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Servicing Specialist I to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking to grow their career with opportunities for advancement.
As a Servicing Specialist I, you will provide outstanding customer service by answering and directing incoming calls, processing check-by-phone payments, distributing daily mail, and assisting the Servicing team with special projects. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are required, and previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least one to two years of customer service experience.
